We understand that travel plans can change. Here is our cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Timeframes

  • 48+ hours before service: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, visit the Find My Booking page and use your booking reference, or contact our support team at support@airportvip.com.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Flight Changes

If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed by the airline, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
